Found some DIP switches and jumpers incorrectly set on the new timing
board, set them and tried again, still had problems but different ones.
No image would appear and the screen looked familiarly weird, like when
we were changing the observe.c program to check some things, but there
was no stalling.  I checked the program and found that one line was still
commented out so I fixed it and started the program again, now it stalls
like before, will continue tomorrow.
