I couldn't kill any processes until I became superuser, There appears to be
a problem with permissions on the processes.  I was able to kill the processes
and restart using Run.

I watched the LSD sequence from "Start LSD" to "End LSD" and didn't see any
error messages at the 2100 sequence.  The spar lost tracking shortly after
that and I repointed, I don't know what affect that had on cal images.
