Aborted and started ~/ArunDOT test program for Randy and Alice.  Still have
a slight cirrostratus overcast, but test can still be run in this weather.

Back from shelter, prblems partially fixed.  We can now use the xterminal to
monitor the shelter conditions again, it's been down for months now.  Chirag
changed something back then, probably for security reasons, and he partly
fixed it now.  The ximtool window won't come up and the manual directions
don't work, I kept getting "permission denied" messages when I tried to get
the mkqrdisplay process installed.  I modified the manual where needed and
notified Chirag, he will try to fix the remaining problems.  The other minor
problem up here on the xterminal is that the gongTool GUI window gets hidden by 
an xterm window upon startup, currently we have to bring it forward using the
Front key on the keyboard, I mentioned that too so hopefully they'll change the
startup.
