Cycled power to Data and Instrument chassis, "no waveplate index pulse" error
message was displayed along with old images.

The barrel stalled near the CW limit but neither limit switch indicator was
lit.  I jiggled the barrel and it started moving in the CCW direction, then
stopped at the correct place and continued normally with scans.
