Mk4 rack remote control power distribution strip failed to start up.  Swapped it out for a similar spare on sight.  The new strip wouldnt fit perfectly in the location of the old strip; and as such sticks out of the pack of the cabinet a few inches.

Taking one "dark" scan, dome closed mk4 shutter closed.  To test if we have barrel rotation back again.

Looks like barrel rotation is tied to retarder rotation, everythign is moving now
