There's a haze on the Eastern horizon, cirrus towards the Western horizon and aa few wisps in between. Other than that, it's clear. Temp is 29F with windspeed at 10mph from the South.

Pspt DOS machine stopped communicating with the Sun machine on start up. Restarted and it seems to be starting alright.

Upon shutting down Pspt again, both the dome and telescope parked west of their normal positions...Shut down DOS, resposition dome and telescope as close to their normal park position as possible and restarting.

The area between PA 250-280 seems a bit active this morning. A flare starts to go off at about 16:56 UT and completes its jump at 17:45UT. Can be seen in Gong.

While trying to trouble shoot Pspt, upper dome occulted both kcor, comp and shbar. Moved dome and retarted them again.

after trouble shooting with Ben, i manually tried to center Pspt. After several attempts, I decided to tighten up the clutchs and shut down. Made sure everything was tight but still maneuverable and started up again. Got the Sun right off the bat. Yeah!!!!

Between PA 170-180, there seems to be something going on. It looks like a loop that goes up and then falls back down but it's hard to make out. It starts at 17:39UT and ends about 18:27UT? The occulting of the dome seems to have blanked out around that time. Can be seen in Kcor.

Noticed that kcor looks a bit whited out. Idled for the moment, seems to be getting better but not sure why it happend. It seems to have affected Comp but not as much. Looking to the West of the Sun, there appears to be a white haze approaching. Most likely it.
