2015 notes:
I have verified transfer of 2015 logs from MLSO to Boulder. There are days when no log was created.

The observatory was closed from Oct 9 (DOY 282) through Oct ~22nd for asbestos removal 
in the floors in both the control room and the main dome. The observers did not 
begin operations again until OCt 26 (DOY 299) 
when the equipment was back in place.
