This subfolder contains the code to generate the processed global chloropyll file directly from raw data from NASA earthdata: data/SeaWIFS.L3m.MC.CHL.chlor_a.0.25deg.nc



To reproduce this processed global chlorophyll file:
1. To create the SeaWifs mask, you need a water mask product named LandWater15ARC.nc with the variables lat, lon, and LandWater in this data subfolder. We use the data product MOD44C, which has since been replaced by MOD44W, which can be found here: https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/catalog/lpcloud-mod44w-061. Please download, reshape, and place in the data subfolder. 

3. Then run code/driver.py, you will need an earthdata login.
