 Details:
   - ROMS grid have bathymetry based on SRTM30 dataset.
   - Bathymetry is blended to that of POP at south and east open boundaries
         about 1-deg wide blending zone.
   - While lat and lon for this ROMS grid remains the same as that of previous
         9-km grids, the land-sea mask is different. So, the mapping files may
         have to re-created for this grid.
   - The land-sea mask and coastline is based on WDB2 dataset, with the 
         Bahamas Islands present.
   - Initial condition is prepared from POP restart/his file for 0261-01-01-00000.
   - Boundary condition is for the same time as the initial condition time, but
         repated few times to use it with E-CESM.
